This app is designed to assist you in managing the security and privacy of your mobile device by helping you lock and restrict access to specific applications on your device. 2. User Control and Permissions

• Full Control Over Permissions: B-locked allows you full control over the permissions you grant to the app. The app does not access, collect, or store any personal information, app data, or usage data from your device. You are in control of which apps you choose to lock or restrict access to using the app.

• App Locking: B-locked helps lock apps on your device to prevent unauthorized access. You can choose to enable or disable locking features for any app installed on your device. The app provides security features such as PIN or password protection for the apps you choose to lock. You are responsible for managing and setting up these locks.

3. No Data Collection or Retention

• No Data Collection: B-locked does not collect, store, or retain any personal or usage data. The app operates solely on the device and does not send or store any information remotely. We do not have access to any data or information stored on your device.

• Local Operations: All functions of B-locked are carried out locally on your device. Any data used to facilitate app locking (such as passwords, PINs, or other local settings) is stored securely on your device, and we do not have access to or control over this information.

• No Data Sharing: B-locked does not share any data or personal information with third parties. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data, and no information is transmitted to external servers.

4. User Responsibilities

• Secure Access: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your PIN, password, or any other access credentials you create in the app. We recommend choosing strong security measures to protect your locked apps.

• Device Control: You are responsible for ensuring that you have complete control over your device’s settings, including locking and unlocking apps using B-locked. You are also responsible for any consequences of unlocking or altering the security settings of your device.

5. Restrictions and Limitations

• Not a Substitute for Device Security: B-locked] is not a substitute for the overall security settings provided by your device's operating system. It is designed to supplement, not replace, the privacy features of your device.

• Compatibility: B-locked is designed to work on most mobile devices but may have limitations based on the device’s operating system version or hardware. We do not guarantee that the app will function properly on all devices or in all environments.

• No Liability: B-locked does not accept liability for any loss of data, unauthorized access, or security breach that may occur due to incorrect use, failure to maintain your password or PIN, or other actions beyond our control.

We may update, modify, or discontinue the app at any time without notice. By continuing to use the app after any changes, you agree to be bound by the updated Terms.

7. Termination

You may uninstall the app at any time. If you do so, all data stored in the app will be deleted, and the app will cease to function. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your use of the app if we believe you are violating these Terms.

B-locked is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the app will meet your requirements or operate without error.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, B-locked shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use or inability to use the app.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved in the courts of Australia.
